This Tamil virtual keyboard mirrors the layout used on physical Tamil keyboards, whose top row begins with ௌைாீூஹ. Its 40 character keys reach the 48 letters of the Tamil script (U+0B80–U+0BFF) straight from the browser, with nothing to install.

How do I add a vowel sign to a consonant (uyirmei)?
Type the consonant, then the vowel sign: க + ா = கா, க + ி = கி. The independent vowels (அ, இ, உ…) are on Shift, for the start of a word.
How do I type the pulli ்?
The pulli is on the D key. Type க then ் to get க், as in clusters such as க்க.
How do I type Tamil numerals and the aytham ஃ?
Alt Gr + the number-row keys gives ௦ to ௯. Shift + the hyphen key gives ஃ.
